1). Apply the gel to the area you want to treat massaging in a circular way to help stimulate the lymphatic system, wrap the area with iodized paper (Osmotic plastic) giving about 3-4 laps to create a thermal effect and accelerate sweating, leave it wrapped for a time between 25-45 minutes, drink plenty of water in the meantime, you can do exercises or walk. 2) Remove the plastic and discard it in the trash, dry the area with a dry cloth and let it air for a few minutes, 3) apply our Arnica and Turmeric firming gel and leave it on for the rest of the day.
